With no move looking immanent for Ryan Lowe he looks set to try and force his way back into Steve Holland’s plans.

Out of favor Lowe is set to return to full-time training next week after failing to find a move away from Crewe Alexandra.

First team coach Steve Holland had signaled at the end of the last campaign that he was not part of his plans for the new season and could move on a free if he could find himself a club.

One of his former clubs, Chester City had looked set to offer him a deal but this never materialized and with City`s transfer embargo making times hard for them any deal looks increasingly unlikely.

Lowe told the official site ‘It is not nice when a manager doesn’t see you as part of his plans and I have had discussions with Steve Holland and the staff at Crewe about my future – but I have a year left on my contract and until told otherwise I am still a Crewe player”

‘I will return to full-time training and try and force myself back into the team. It is up to me to work hard and push for a place in the team once the new season kicks off again in August. I think I have the ability to play in Crewe’s first-team. Other people will not agree with that but all I can do is work as hard as I can and do the business. If it doesn’t work out then of course I will have to review my future but I do consider myself good enough to play.’

Ryan Lowe made 30 appearances for the Railwaymen last year scoring 4 goals before spending the last few weeks of the season on loan at Stockport.
