Opposition View:

I asked MK Dons supporter Jonathan Harries for his thoughts going into the game.

How would you describe your season so far?

Our season so far considering we lost our manager at the start of the season has been very successful. 7th nearly a quarter of the way through the season with eye-catching wins against Wycombe and Portsmouth respectively and only recently going through a sticky patch is very good in my opinion.
What position is the one that you feel you should have strengthenedĀ most during the last transfer window but didn’t?
The only position for me would possibly be a backup LB. Daniel Harvie got suspended after 5 bookings and unfortunately against Rotherham, I felt the balance was knocked. Don’t get me wrong Rotherham are the best side we’ve faced so far but you could see the difference immediately
Are there any players missing for the Dons?
At the time of writing, Ethan Robson definitely won’t make it. The Blackpool loanee who’s impressed so far this season picked up a hamstring injury in training during the international break.
What do you think the team will be?
Fisher
Kioso O’Hora Darling Lewington Harvie
O’Riley Kasumu Twine
Parrott Eisa
Who are the Dons danger man/men?
The danger man would be Scott Twine. Marked out of games recently he was nominated for September Player of the Month and is our main creative hub. 6 goals including the best hat trick I’ve seen live against Fleetwood, the Wiltshire Wizard has settled in nicely at Stadium MK.
What would be a successful season for the Dons in your opinion?
A successful season would be playoffs. In such a competitive L1 with I’d say at least 12 teams capable of winning promotion consistency is key IMHO but it will be difficult.
Crewe have been our bogey team with no win or goal since January 2015. I’m predicting a 3 1 away win but wish you all the best for the rest of the season.
