Here some of the interesting things you guys have been posting on the Vital Crewe forum regarding the shocking 2-1 home defeat to the Daggers, and also some of the other ‘goings on’ at Gresty Road.

‘It’s only the first game of the season so need to get hysterical BUT this feels like the confirmation of how far we have travelled since last season & in truth that feels like nowhere or even backwards.’

‘Sorry Snapey, but ‘Was impressed with Zola though’ made me choke on my beer. Did you miss his complete lack of ability to trap a ball within two yards of where it landed? Or his hospital pass that was a contributing factor to their second goal? What about his complete lack of judgement for nearly every ball played in the vicinity of his head?

On today’s performance I would say that only MMK could say that he had a good game with everyone else apart from Grant, Moore, and Ada being well below par. As for O’Donnell… Remember Stuart ‘Jigsaw’ Barlow at Everton? The nickname ‘Jigsaw’ was because he fell apart in the box. We’ve got Danny ‘Jigsaw’ O’Donnell playing for us. As soon as he crosses our 18 yard line that’s it. His ability to make a rational decision on what to do with the football completely evaporates.

A lot of folks are giving Gudjon a hard time on here but his two permanent signings so far (MMK and Ada) were among our better players today. The board put pressure on him to reduce the wage bill and he’s done that but they’re now not giving him any of the money he’s saved to rebuild the team. Instead of giving Gudjon a hard time, it should be time for a chorus of ‘Where’s the money gone’ aimed at the padded seats on Tuesday night.’

‘As appears to be common knowledge recently, things do not look good for Norman Hassall, which could in turn affect our beloved Crewe Alexandra.

We all know that he owes the club money as he has been robbing the club for some years to fund his ‘other interests`. The auditor he uses is most likely to be receiving a back handed payment to sign it all off a kosher, and I`m sure the same auditors are used for the Alex accounts too?.

Hassall is worried that the authorities may start reviewing his transfers and dealings, fuelled by the recent disposal Norman Hassall Limited shares due to his ex employer suing him for breach of the companies act the pension fund has been raided by Norman, a major factor why the company went into administration. If his ex-employer wins they stand to gain over £500k from him, hence his disposal of Norman Hassall Limited Shares probably into somebody else`s name (family?).

If Bowler and co had any sense they would distance themselves from Norman and seek urgent legal advice for the sake and future of CAFC. They should think about taking action NOW against Norman Hassall Limited to recover the loaned money before it all gets shipped away offshore with Norman following on permanently never to be seen again.

Hassall has unsuccessfully tried to keep European Brand Trading afloat so that he could try to keep returning interest whilst the capital has long gone so he could ‘prove` everything looked rosy. He’s failed the company is now insolvent.

He has very few options left and I`m sure his biggest concern is publicity on his ‘dodgy` dealings. I`m worried that his next move maybe to try make it a CAFC’ problem. IT IS NOT A CREWE ALEXANDRA PROBLEM, it is a Norman Hassall Limited problem.’
