Trio Make Team of the Week

Following a highly impressive away win at Carlisle, whilst also preserving a clean sheet, thee of Crewe’s players have been selected in the Team of the Week, wiht Julien Baudet, David Vaughan and Nicky Maynard all named.

Baudet bagged the opening goal with a stooping header following criticisms from section of the Crewe crowd. Having once again leaked goals this season, Crewe are in dire need of an improvement in form from the Frenchman, who showed promising signs on Saturday. David Vaughan continues his good transfer window form, whilst Nicky Maynard’s fine all round performance has been deservedly rewarded.
