Crewe striker Luke Rodgers is considering a £30,000 move to Swindon. The transfer listed striker is desperate for first team football, but is reluctant to drop to League Two, having already rejected a move to Hereford.
However, Rodgers’ agent has indicated that Paul Sturrock’s Swindon may be a suitable club for his client. Swindon are currently 3rd in League Two and are looking to bolster their attack in order to secure promotion.
Rodgers has made 39 appearances for Crewe, 19 of which were starts, scoring 9 goals.

This guy will score bags of goals for Swindon, he is just what we need. £30K is a bargain as well.
crewe must be mad to let him go so cheaply if he is as good as everyone says.
Seems he’s got cold feet now. Still its up to him, sounds like he would have fitted the bill, but if he ain’t interested neither are we.
