Tabiner is a left-footed central midfielder who would appear on the substitutes bench for the first time for the club’s EFL Trophy game at home to Wigan Athletic in October 2021, before making his debut for the club in the final group game against Wolves’ Under-21s the following month and his league debut against Burton Albion as a late sub on New Year’s Day that season.
He would spend some time on loan at Leek Town in early 2022 before signing his first professional deal that summer.
