John Brayford looks likely to make a return to the side for tonight’s game against Burton Albion.

Brayford will line up against his former club after overcoming a shoulder injury picked up during the last home game against Morecambe. The 21 year old was relegated to the substitutes bench for Saturday’s game at Northampton after the club physio ruled him unfit.

Brayford’s return however means that rookie Matt Tootle is likely to lose his place in the side after making his professional debut at Northampton.

Meanwhile Steven Schumacher has been ruled out of this evening’s game. The former Bradford midfielder left the field early in the second half on Saturday complaining of a calf injury and despite it being nothing serious the club have decided not to risk him.

James Bailey and Shaun Miller also both ruled out with groin injuries.
