Former Crewe Alexandra winger Lee Molyneux has signed for League Two strugglers Tranmere Rovers.

The 25-year-old was released by the Railwaymen this month following just six starts in eighteen months.

Molyneux previously had a third spell at Accrington Stanley on loan in October and joins Tranmere until the end of the season.

Rovers have also snapped up Mansfield Town winger Rob Taylor having also recently recruited both Steve Jennings and Rory Donnell.
