Crewe Alexandra midfielder Abdul Osman was delighted for weekend match-winner Chuks Aneke.

“Chuks is the main man and he is always very good for us” – Abdul Osman

The 20-year-old substitute got himself on the end of a late Matt Tootle cross to head the only goal against Crawley Town.

It was sufficient to mark a morale-boosting first win in nine games for his side.

“We are all delighted for Chuks and pleased for everyone,” Osman told
Crewe’s official website. “Chuks is the main man and he is always very good for us.

“We all know what he can offer us and what he can offer us is always very good,” he added. “He is dangerous whenever he has the ball. He was taking players on and was a good outlet for us.”
