Udoh Returns To First Team

As reported on All Nigerian Soccer earlier today, forward Daniel Udoh is returning to the first team picture at the Alexandra Stadium.

His loan spell with Solihull Moors has seen him only play just 57 minutes for the Moors after his sending off for 2 yellow cards on his debut against Bromley the day after signing for the club. He made 4 sub appearances, all coming with 20 minutes or less remaining in games.

He made his Crewe Alexandra debut last season against Bradford City in March 2016 before making his first league start at Port Vale the following month. Udoh’s only first team goal to date was scored in the 3-0 Checkatrade Trophy game on his 20th birthday back in August.

Although he could come back into the squad for Saturday’s game away at Carlisle, National League teams and below can sign players up until the transfer deadline of 5pm this Thursday.
