Ex-Crewe player Mark Rivers has left Carlisle by mutual consent. Rivers didn’t enjoy a successful time with the Cumbrians despite promotion, as he started just 4 games. It is unknown exactly what the 31-year old striker will do next. Rivers made over 200 appearances for Crewe.
