Queens Park Rangers are the latest club linked with million pound striker Calvin Zola.
The mega-rich London club are said to be preparing a January swoop for the Congo striker who currently has 13 goals to his name this season.
The 24 year old has previously been the subject of an enquiry from Peterborough this season but the Posh were put off by the high price tag the Alex have placed on him.
He signed for Crewe in summer of 2008 in a £200,000 move from Tranmere and has gone from strength to strength since. It is however unlikely Zola is prepared for the giant step from League Two to the Championship whilst reports suggest any offer from QPR will be considerably less than the £1million asking price.

That’d be disappointing from my perspective. We really need experienced heads leading the line, and I cannot see this solving anything sadly.
I think you would really miss Zola
