Physiotherapist Steve Walker has today joined Burton Albion, leaving the Alex after 14 years.

Walker’s departure will no doubt be part of Gudjon’s big shake up, which has also seen assistant Neil Baker replaced and up to 10 players released from the club. Chief Scout Glynn Chamberlain also was relieved of his duties whilst head physiotherapist Barry Holmes resigned to open his own practice.

Walker meanwhile leaves after 14 years with the club and nine years with the first team. He joins fellow League Two club Burton in their first season in the football league.

Vital would like to wish Walker luck in the future, whilst we can look forward (maybe!) to seeing exactly how Gudjon runs his clubs.
