Crewe Alexandra have added two long-term supporters as new directors to the club’s board.

Charles Grant, 57, is involved in IT and was founder and CEO of Pontis Consulting PLC Specialist Systems. He currently has a property investment business based in Nantwich.

Meanwhile, lifelong supporter and former dairy farmer Ian Williamson has been an Alex season ticket holder since the age of four and is now a local businessman.

Chairman John Bowler told Alex’s official website: “We look forward to Ian and Charles joining us and I am sure they will make a very important contribution to the future success of the club.”
