Crewe Alexandra midfielder Abdul Osman expects his side to really push on this season.

“Now we really have to try and push on from that success” – Abdul Osman

The Alex certainly re-established their credentials at the higher level with a comfortable mid-table finish last term.

But Osman, who made 47 appearances following his arrival from Greek outfit Kerkyra last summer, believes the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy winners can aim even higher this time around.

“I enjoyed my first year at Crewe,” he told Alex’s official website. “It was a really good season for me and for the club and it was nice to win my first piece of silverware. Now we really have to try and push on from that success. I don`t think we are that far off.”
