Tomorrow we host Lincoln City at the Alexandra Stadium. They have beaten Carlisle United, Stevenage, Forest Green Rovers, Barnet, Chesterfield and Swindon Town, they have drawn with Wycombe Wanderers, Morecambe, Luton Town, Grimsby Town, Cambridge United, Crawley Town whilst they have lost to Exeter City, Mansfield Town, Notts County and Cheltenham Town. In the cups, they won all 3 of their EFL Trophy against Mansfield, Everton U21s and Notts County whilst they lost to AFC Wimbledon in the FA Cup last week and to Rotherham United in the EFL Cup.

During the summer, they have made 8 permanent signings with goalkeeper Josh Vickers arriving from Swansea City, experienced defenders Michael Bostwick and Neal Eardley joining from Peterborough United and Northampton Town respectively. Midfielders Billy Knott, Harry Anderson and Cameron Stewart as well as forwards Matt Green and Ollie Palmer are the other signings.

They have also made 4 loan signings with wingers Josh Ginnelly and Jordan Maguire-Drew joining from Burnley and Brighton & Hove Albion on season-long loans with centre-backs Robert Dickie and Sean Raggett joining from Championship clubs Reading and Norwich City, both until January.

Crewe Alexandra Team News:

There are no new injury or suspension worries for David Artell with George Ray, James Jones, Ryan Wintle and Ross Woodcock all still out due to injury.

Lincoln City Team News:

Sean Raggett will return to the team following last week`s FA Cup tie with parent club Norwich denying the Imps the chance to play him whilst Cameron Stewart and Elliott Whitehouse are likely to keep their places in the starting 11 following Tuesday`s EFL Trophy win.
