He’s barely been out of the job two minutes but goalkeeper coach Steve Marsella has returned to the club.
Knee jerk reaction? Bigger pay? Part time to full time?
Who knows, but it seems as though Friday’s news that he had left the club has been quickly over turned.
Marsella said yesterday that the commute from Yorkshire to Reaseheath training ground was too much and wished the club well as he parted company.
However, he will now return to coach keepers John Ruddy, Steve Collis, Stuart Tomlinson and Adam Legzdins next week.
Should he stay put or should he come? That was Ben Williams’ dilemma every Saturday wasn’t it?
