Macca Back Within A Week

Chris McCready is expected to return from injury by the Huddersfield Town game, on September 8th, at the latest.

Macca picked up ligament damage during the 1-1 draw at Bristol Rovers a couple of weeks ago, but could return as early as this weekend. Steve Holland, though, is to the Huddersfield Town game as a more realistic return.

Meanwhile, Michael O’Connor is set to get a full week of training under his belt next week after struggling to recover from a hernia operation in the summer.

Finally, Byron Moore’s knee scan showed no major damage. Moore took a blow to the knee in the Carling Cup 1st Round game against Hull City. He should return to action within the next couple of weeks.
