As revealed on the official site in the last hour, midfielder Josh Lundstram has signed his first professional deal with the club which sees the Stoke-on-Trent born midfielder sign a 12-month deal which the club can extend to a second year.

We reported 2 weeks ago that Lundstram and fellow second year scholars Ross Woodcock and Lewis Reilly had been offered their first professional deals after their scholarship period had ended and Lundstram becomes the first of the three to sign the deal.

Josh has been a regular for Lee Bell‘s Under-18 side and has also made a number of appearances for Alex Morris‘ Under-23 team before signing on a youth loan for Hallmark Security League team Sandbach United in March, where he made 8 league appearances and scored 4 goals.
