Crewe Alexandra have announced that Charlie Kirk has extended his contract with the club. The young midfielder’s contract has signed a new 3-year deal after his previous deal was set to expire this summer.
Kirk, 20, made his debut for the club in February 2016 against Rochdale at Spotland as a late substitute whilst still in the second year of his scholarship and has made 68 appearances for the club. He has scored 5 goals for the first team (all of which have been his season having opened his account on Boxing Day at Chesterfield).
This news comes 24 hours after James Jones extended his deal by signing a new 2-year deal.
