Crewe have confirmed the signing of Joel Grant from Aldershot Town this afternoon, the club’s second signing of the summer. The club have agreed to pay £130,000 for the pacey winger.
The 20 year old former Watford trainee spent 12 months at Aldershot, as well as a four month loan spelll beforehand, making over 40 appearances for the then Conference club. Grant has also made appearances for the Jamaica U-23 team.
Grant joins on a three year contract and will now join up with the squad in time for the trip to Bulgaria at the start of July.
