Ex-Crewe full backs Andy Taylor and Patrick Noubissie made deadline day moves to Huddersfield and Swindon respectively. Crewe landed right back Danny Woodards on deadline day for £30,000, with the 23-year old seen as Jon Otsemobor’s replacement.
Noubissie was handed a deal until January earlier in the season, though ultimately was seen as being too raw. Robins boss Paul Sturrock doesn’t appear to share those concerns, however, and has handed the Frenchman a deal until the end of the season.
Blackburn’s Andy Taylor, meanwhile, has joined Huddersfield on a one-month loan. Taylor impressed during his time at Crewe, whose best form of the season coincided with Taylor’s stint at left-back.
