Crewe Alexandra’s teenage forward Max Clayton is included in the England Under-19 squad for their forthcoming meeting with Turkey.

The fixture will take place on Thursday 21st March with a 7.30pm kick-off at AFC Telford United’s New Bucks Head Stadium.

It marks a final warm-up for the national team ahead of travelling to Belgium in May for the Elite Qualifying Round of this summer’s European Finals in Lithuania.

Former Alex striker Nick Powell, now of Manchester United, is similarly named in the squad.
