Manager Steve Davis has not discounted a future at Crewe Alexandra for on loan Manchester City striker Harry Bunn.

“We will tell Harry we will have a look at him as soon as he’s ready” – Steve Davis

That follows the nineteen-year-old being carried off during the weekend draw with Tranmere Rovers and efffectively ruled out for the rest of the season with severe knee ligament damage.

However, Davis remains suitably impressed by the attitude of the teenager who now needs at least a couple of operations.

“We will tell Harry we will have a look at him as soon as he’s ready,” Davis told This is Staffordshire. “His contract is up at the end of the season and he could be out for eight, nine or 10 months, but we’ll have a look at him when he comes back.”
