Club Announce Fans Forum

The club will host a fans forum at the club next month, allowing fans to put questions to the likes of Gudjon Thordarson and Dario Gradi.

It’s certain to be an interesting evening following events since the last fans forum, held in February 2008.

Last year Steve Holland, chairman John Bowler and Dario Gradi fielded questions from disgruntled fans, with both Bowler and Gradi making clear where the fans stand with their say on the football club. Not very high up.

The past 12 months have arguably seen the biggest changes in personnel at the club for well over a decade but it seems unlikely it will have kept supporters completely off the club’s back. We’re still up sh*t creek in regards to our league position, and hot topic will surely be how the club are planning for League Two. Will we see a mass cull in the squad?

We’ll have to wait and see. Can’t yet discount a unbeaten run and a mid-table position by then…. or maybe we can.

The forum will be on March 23rd in the Carlsberg Lounge. Doors open at 6:45pm with the evening kicking off at 7:15pm. There is no admission fee but due to limited spaces it will be on a first come first served basis.

I wonder if Bowler will be there to shout down paying customers and deny he ‘never even said nuthin’ when it comes to relegation not happening again, Steve Holland, Baker and Dario being the best management team in the country…. etc etc.
