Crewe Alexandra will be at home in the FA Cup first round following the draw made on Sunday afternoon.

The Alex are to host currently managerless League Two side Wycombe Wanderers at Gresty Road early next month.

Wycombe were relegated at the end of last season and made a slow start to their campaign this time around, which resulted in the recent dismissal of manager Gary Waddock.

However, caretaker boss Gary Ainsworth has since steered them to three straight victories up until yesterday’s 4-1 loss at Port Vale.

The game takes place over the weekend of the 3rd-4th November.
