Crewe Alexandra manager Steve Davis could decide to extend the exisiting loan of Arsenal midfielder Chuks Aneke.

“We haven’t made a decision yet and I will contact Steve Bould at Arsenal and discuss things” – Steve Davis

The nineteen-year-old is currently the subject of a three-match ban after being sent-off on his first start against Stevenage at the weekend.

That leaves him next available for selection for the home meeting with Oldham Athletic at the beginning of next month.

“We haven’t made a decision yet and I will contact Steve Bould at Arsenal and discuss things,” Davis told Crewe’s official website. “Chuks has ability and it is a shame that he hasn’t been able to have the impact he would have wanted because of his three-match suspension.”
