In this column, we look at how the Alex Academy Graduates have done in the midweek round of fixtures with all the games taking place on Tuesday unless stated. Those with * in the tables have a player out on loan that fits the AA criteria.

FA Cup – Monday:

Gareth Evans played the first 74 mins for Portsmouth in their 2-0 home defeat against Arsenal.

League 2:

Perry Ng, Luke Offord, Harry Pickering, James Jones and Ryan Wintle all started for Crewe Alexandra in their 1-1 away draw at Exeter City. Charlie Kirk (11 mins) was a used sub while Callum Ainley, Ollie Finney and Tom Lowery were all unused subs, all for the visitors.

Byron Moore and George Cooper (74 mins) both started for Plymouth Argyle in their 3-0 home win against Grimsby Town. Antoni Sarcevic missed the game through suspension for the hosts while Harry Davis played the first 63 mins for the visitors.

Ryan Colclough was not involved for Scunthorpe United in their 2-0 defeat at Swindon Town.
