Kelvin Mellor played the full game and was booked for Bradford City in their 3-2 defeat at Cheltenham Town while Chris Clements came on for the final 15 minutes for the hosts.
Antoni Sarcevic played the full game for Plymouth Argyle in their 2-2 draw at Crawley Town. Byron Moore played the first 68 minutes while George Cooper was an unused substitute, both for the visitors.
Dan Trickett-Smith was not involved for Port Vale in their 2-0 defeat at Exeter City.
Perry Ng, Harry Pickering, James Jones, Ryan Wintle, Tom Lowery and Charlie Kirk (54 mins) all started for Crewe Alexandra in their 2-1 win at Leyton Orient. Owen Dale (36 mins) and Callum Ainley (30 mins) were both used substitutes while Ollie Finney and Josh Lundstram were both unused subs.
