This column looks at the results of the fixtures played this midweek (all games on Tuesday) in the FA Cup.
FA Cup:
Junior Brown was not involved for Bristol Rovers in their 4-3 home win after extra-time (game finished 1-1 at full-time) against Oxford United – they will host Sutton United in Round 2.
Both Toby Mullarkey and Ryan Colclough played the full game for Altrincham in their 3-2 home defeat against Gateshead. Andy White was an unused sub while neither AJ Leitch-Smith nor Ritchie Sutton were involved, all for the hosts.
George Ray played the full game for Exeter City in their 3-0 home win after extra-time (game finished 0-0 at full-time) against Bradford City while Gareth Evans played the extra-time period for the visitors – that game will be replayed as Exeter used too many subs in the game.
Cheyenne Dunkley played the full game for Sheffield Wednesday in their 3-0 defeat at Plymouth Argyle while George Cooper was an unused sub for the hosts – Plymouth will travel to Rochdale in Round 2.
