George Cooper played the final 20 mins for Plymouth Argyle in their 4-1 defeat at Swansea City.
Both Ryan Wintle (booked) and Perry Ng played the full game for Cardiff City in their 2-0 home defeat against Brighton & Hove Albion.
Oliver Turton played the final 21 mins for Huddersfield Town in their 2-1 home defeat against Everton.
Rio Adebisi (booked), Billy Sass-Davies, Josh Lundstram, Luke Murphy (89 mins, booked) and Oli Finney (69 mins) all started for Crewe Alexandra in their 3-0 defeat at Leeds United while Callum Ainley (21 mins), Travis Johnson (14 mins) and Regan Griffiths used subs for the visitors.
Kelvin Mellor was not involved for Morecambe in their 4-2 home defeat against Preston North End.
Nick Powell was not involved for Stoke City in their 2-0 home win against Doncaster Rovers.
Carabao Cup – Wednesday:
Ashley Westwood was not involved for Burnley in their 4-3 penalties win at Newcastle United (game finished 0-0 at full-time).
EFL Trophy:
Harry Davis played the full game for Scunthorpe United in their 3-0 home defeat against Manchester City’s Under-21s.
George Nunn played the full game for Chelsea’s Under-21s in their 4-3 penalties win at Newcastle United (game finished 1-1 at full-time) while George Ray was an unused sub for the hosts.
