EFL Trophy:
Travis Johnson, Rio Adebisi, Callum Ainley, Regan Griffiths, Oli Finney and Owen Dale all played the full game for Crewe Alexandra in their 4-3 defeat against Shrewsbury Town while Perry Ng, Harry Pickering, Ryan Wintle, Tom Lowery and Charlie Kirk were all unused subs, all for the hosts.
Ben Garratt was an unused sub for Burton Albion in their 4-1 penalties defeat against Fulham’s Under-21 (the game finished 1-1 after 90 mins).
Nicky Maynard was not involved for Mansfield Town in their 2-1 win at Scunthorpe United.
Alex Hurst played the full game and scored for Port Vale in their 4-2 home win against Liverpool’s Under-21s while Dan Trickett-Smith was not involved for the hosts.
